The cottage is located in a serene countryside setting with stunning views of the surrounding Devon Hartland peninsula. The spacious double bedrooms are beautifully furnished and come with ensuite bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and offer helpful advice on nearby attractions. Additionally, the cottage is pet-friendly and provides a dog pack, making it convenient for travelers with furry friends.
The dishwasher in the cottage proved to be a bit challenging to operate.

I recently stayed at a beautiful countryside retreat for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cottage was absolutely charming, with lovely furnishings and stunning views. The hosts, Karen and Mark, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They even left us homemade bread, biscuits, and fresh eggs as a special touch. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including fluffy towels, robes, and toiletries. It was the perfect base for exploring the area and taking in the picturesque surroundings. Despite being pet-friendly, the cottage was immaculate and didn't have any lingering pet smells. The location was ideal for exploring Devon and Cornwall and taking scenic walks along the coastal path. I especially loved the peacefulness of the cottage and the tranquil atmosphere. I highly recommend this wonderful cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

We had a great stay at this cozy cottage in the middle of the countryside. the bedrooms were comfortable and the showers were excellent. the hosts provided fresh eggs, homemade bread, and other provisions. the patio area was spacious and would have been nice to use if the weather had been better.
The only slight drawback was that the location was a bit out of the way, so it took some time to get to places.

The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. the hosts were very welcoming and provided us with some thoughtful provisions. - the location was great, with easy access to the coastal path for beautiful walks.
The dishwasher was a bit confusing to start, clear instructions would have been helpful. The downstairs toilet had some issues with flushing, but it was manageable once we figured it out.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. The stunning scenery surrounding the cottage made for a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack awaiting us upon arrival, complete with fresh bread, eggs, and homemade cookies. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the coastal path and plenty of options for dining out nearby. And to top it all off, our furry friend had a blast running around the paddock!
We did encounter a minor issue with the dishwasher, as it took a bit of time to figure out how to get it started. It would have been helpful to have some simple step-by-step instructions provided.
